Description

This 14-year-old single malt is part of Kilchoman's 20th Anniversary Cask Series, celebrating two decades of the distillery's founding in 2005. Distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025, this limited-edition expression is a vatting of five 100% Islay ex-Oloroso sherry butts. It is bottled at 55% ABV, natural color, and non-chill filtered, with a peated character.

Long and full of flavour, with lingering sweet spices, rich BBQ meats and subtle integrated peat smoke; chocolate, nutmeg, leathery oak, and a touch of Islay salinity.
