The Kilchoman 15 Year Old Anniversary Cask Series is a limited edition Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, bottled to celebrate the distillery's 20th anniversary (2005-2025). This expression is drawn from five carefully selected 2008 and 2009 vintage Oloroso sherry butts, showcasing a rich, viscous, and complex profile with significant peat influence. It is bottled at 52.7% ABV, non-chill-filtered, and natural in color, offering a fusion of Kilchoman's coastal peat with layers of dark fruit, toffee, and warming spice.

Finish
Long, smouldering, and gently dry with lingering campfire embers, sherry-soaked fruitcake, salted caramel, charred oak, dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a balance of salt and smoke.
