Kilchoman Fino Sherry Matured 2020 Release is a limited edition Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, bottled in 2020 at 46% ABV. This release is a vatting of 12 Fino Sherry Butts, comprising 11 fresh butts and 1 refill butt, sourced from Bodega Miguel Martin in Spain. The whisky has undergone full maturation in these casks, which impart a drier, more saline character compared to other sherry types, balancing beautifully with Kilchoman's citrus sweetness, cooked fruits, and maritime peat smoke. It is non-chill filtered and has natural color, with an outturn of 10,500 bottles worldwide.
