Nose
Gentle earthy peat smoke interlaced with a touch of lemon and orange citrus and a little oak spice.
Palate
The earthy peat smoke is slightly more medicinal in the mouth, followed by a mild creamed sherried fruitiness and oaky spiciness.
Finish
Sugars from the oak and sherry gather and join the mouth coating peat smoke, the mildly drying sherry oak and smoke slowly fade out.
