Description

Kilchoman, established in 2005, was the first distillery built on Islay in 124 years. It is known for its hands-on approach, growing its own barley, and performing malting, distilling, maturing, and bottling on-site at Rockside Farm. This particular release is a 10-year-old single cask bottling from 2010, matured in an ex-bourbon barrel and bottled in 2021 at cask strength for the M&P Cask Collection Club.
