Description

The 2021 Edition of Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured is a limited edition release, a vatting of 33 casks: 9 fully matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and 24 finished in PX casks for between 12 and 18 months. This approach balances the sweet, syrupy notes of PX with Kilchoman's distinctive peat smoke and citrus character. It was bottled at 47.3% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
