Description

Kilchoman, established in 2005, is known for its farm-to-bottle approach on Islay. This 16 Year Old Single Cask #334, distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2023, is a Distillery Shop Exclusive release from Fèis Ìle 2023. Matured in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, it is non-chill filtered and bottled at 54.8% ABV. Only 602 bottles were produced.
