Description

Kilchoman Distillery was founded in 2005 and is a farm distillery on Islay, growing and malting its own barley. This is a single cask bourbon expression, distilled in 2006 and matured for four and a half years in a fresh bourbon barrel. It is the 3rd Single Cask Release, bottled in 2011 for Whisky Import Nederland. Cask number 252/06, with an outturn of 261 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and natural colour.
