An official single cask bottling distilled at Kilchoman on 2nd December 2010 and bottled on 20th May 2016 exclusively for The Kilchoman Distillery Shop. Initially matured in an ex-bourbon barrel before being finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask #785/2010.
