This Kilchoman 2007 10 Year Old Small Batch Release is the 6th Edition for the Kilchoman Club, a special members-only release. Distilled on November 1, 2007, and bottled on November 20, 2017, it was matured in five fresh bourbon barrels (cask numbers 383-385, 387, and 388). It is non-chill filtered, natural colour, and bottled at a cask strength of 57.4% ABV, with a total outturn of 1241 bottles.

Strong peat and cold smoke aromas, maritime notes of sea spray and crushed shells. Lemon and citrus notes with bourbon cask characteristics.
Palate
Peaty with a thick, oily mouthfeel. Flavours of mechanical grease, dark chocolate, wood char, spent coffee grains, black tea leaves, vanilla, honey, and spicy apricots. Wonderful balance of fruit and well-integrated peaty, smoky notes.
Finish
Long and very smoky, sweet and spicy, with intense ash notes. Long, full and well rounded.
