This unpeated small batch was distilled from Kilchoman's own-grown barley and matured exclusively in two Oloroso sherry butts for 13 years. Bottled at cask strength at an impressive 54.5% ABV. This small batch is exclusive to Germany and limited to 1315 bottles. It is non chill-filtered and has no color added. Kilchoman remains the only producer of Islay Single Malt that produces its whisky creations entirely on site, from barley growing to bottling.
