Description

Burke & Wills is an independent bottler that has been purchasing barrels of new make spirit since 2017 from distilleries all across Australia. This second release was distilled at Killara Distillery in 2018 and matured in a 100L first fill Apera cask (AWT 02). Bottled in 2023 and named 'Harold Holt', after the former Australian Prime Minister.
