Nose
Some floral and malty hints. Mild sherry notes of the citrussy, leafy kind. Some softer, creamy notes too with time.
Palate
The initial rush of peat and wood smoke is followed by a gentle sweetness with hints of spice. Tastes very malt-heavy. The fruit (orange) is more prominent.
Finish
Clean, crisp and smooth. Long. The soot dominates here and there's some white pepper and some clove too.
