Nose
Some floral and malty hints, mild sherry notes of the citrussy, leafy kind, softer, creamy notes, a bit peaty with water (shoe polish).
Palate
Initial rush of peat and wood smoke, gentle sweetness with hints of spice, earthy with sooty smoke, very malt-heavy, fruit (orange) more prominent, metallic and wet stones quality.
Finish
Clean, crisp and smooth, long, soot dominates, white pepper and clove, stays fruity longer.
