Description
Founded by Colin Spoelman and David Haskell, Kings County is the oldest distillery in Brooklyn, New York City. They produce handmade moonshine, bourbon, and other whiskeys, focusing exclusively on whiskeys and never sourcing from other producers. Their whiskeys have won numerous awards, including 'Distillery of the Year' by the American Distilling Institute in 2016 and the New Orleans Spirits Competition in 2023. Kings County uses New York grain, Scottish copper pot stills, and open fermentation, aging their bourbon in new, American oak charred barrels.
