Description

Established in 2009, Kingsbarns is one of Scotland's newer distilleries, founded by Douglas Clement and later acquired by Wemyss Distillery Ltd, opening in late 2014. This 2016 Single Cask Release, #1610869, is a Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2019 at 3 years old. Matured in a first-fill American oak bourbon barrel, it was bottled at cask strength of 61.7% ABV. It is non-chill filtered, natural colour, and made from 100% Fife barley. Only 255 bottles were produced for this limited release.
