Nose
Lively and fresh with exotic fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, banana), lemon, vanilla, honey, and barley field notes. Hints of juicy pears, verbena, star anise, medicinal, resinous, and herbaceous (rosemary, sage) notes develop.
Palate
Frank and invigorating, with vanilla and lemon. Captivatingly exotic notes, candied ginger, fresh walnut, coriander, and florals (iris butter, lily, hyacinth) with a rich vanilla flan finish.
Finish
Long, with sweet malt, lingering citrus, oak spice and toffee sweetness.
