Nose
Subtle sherry, fragrant and very fruity with soft butterscotch, raisins, milk chocolate, red berries, ripe bananas, and plum jam. Elegant polished oak, leathery notes, with a faint vegetal hint and a touch of smoke.
Palate
Light yet very fruity with strawberry, redcurrant, orange, and plum jams. Dries with oak, nuts, coffee, tobacco, Christmas cake flavours, rosehips, and liquorice.
Finish
Medium to long, on cocoa powder, spices, and developing tannins, with a slightly bitter wood spice and coffee.
