Wonderful balance of oak, smoke and crushed fruit berries. Fruit notes, especially pears and fruit berries, soft wood notes, with gentle touches of vanilla, a hint of cinnamon and a slightly smoky touch. Wisps of peat with herbs cut through peach, apricot and creamy vanilla with dusty powdered chocolate.
Palate
Creamy smoothness with lingering flavours of fruits and oak smoke. Sweet vanilla, evolving to a fresh fruity side with pears and cherries, notes of dark chocolate and gentle hints of black coffee, and a touch of oak smoke. Orchard fruits, honey and heavy oak driven flavours of dark chocolate and rich black espresso. Caramel smoothness.
Finish
Long, generous and rich, with lingering fruity notes and a hint of cinnamon. Thin smoke and a film of creaminess that sits on the middle palate, lingering with fresh apricots and milk chocolate.
