Nose
Rich and fruity with aromas of peat, salty sea breeze, rum-soaked raisins, citrus zest, vanilla and seaweed. Intense peat, vanilla, raisiny sweetness, crisp, roasty malt.
Palate
Thick and chewy with notes of tropical fruits, peat, salted chocolate, seaweed and citrus zest. Sweet and luscious, clear malt, smoke fills the mouth, very salty tang, coffee, vanilla, a glimmer of fruit.
Finish
Deep and smoky with hints of peat, black pepper, sea spray and salt. Incredibly long, fruit, peat, and long-lasting oak.
