Description

Lagg Distillery, opened in 2019 on the Isle of Arran, focuses on heavily peated whisky production. This 'Inaugural Release 2022 Batch #2' is a 3-year-old single malt, distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2022 at 50% ABV. The spirit, made from Concerto barley peated to 50ppm, was matured for 30 months in ex-bourbon casks and then finished for 6 months in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered, has natural color, and was released as a limited edition of 10,000 bottles worldwide.
