The Lakes Faith is the first release in the four-part Quatrefoil Collection from The Lakes Distillery, introduced in 2018. This impressive single malt is inspired by the Lake District's Striding Edge walk. It was matured initially in American and Spanish oak casks seasoned with Bourbon and Oloroso, followed by a second maturation in Pedro Ximenez hogsheads made up of American and Spanish oak. This English single malt is bottled at 56.5% ABV and is non-chill filtered, ensuring a richer mouthfeel and full depth of flavor. Limited to 1000 bottles worldwide.
