The Lakes Distillery's 'One' collection showcases a range of premium whiskies, blended to spectacular effect. This expression has been finished in sherry wine casks, sourced from Spain. This provides a complex fruit influence, with up-front Medjool date and raisin notes giving way to gentle smoke in the palate. It is a blend of The Lakes Single Malt with Scotch whiskies from Speyside and Islay, bottled at natural colour and non-chill filtered.
