Description

Lammerlaw New Zealand Single Malt 1988-1992 is a very rare single malt from the lost Willowbank Distillery in Dunedin, New Zealand. Willowbank was founded as a farm distillery in 1969 by the Baker family. Whisky giant Seagram's acquired the distillery in 1981. It was eventually mothballed after they sold it to Foster's in 1997, and the stills were shipped off to Fiji to distill rum instead. This particular release is a vatting of two vintages, 1988 and 1992, matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled in June 2025.
