Description

A world-renowned Islay distillery, Laphroaig is famous for its distinctive character of heavily peated spirit. This Laphroaig 11 Year Old is an Official Bottling, selected by Master Distiller John Campbell, and was exclusively bottled for the Exquisite store at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. It underwent a triple maturation process, first in ex-Bourbon barrels, then in Quarter Casks, and finally in ex-Oloroso sherry butts. This limited release had an outturn of 1400 bottles.
