Nose
Aroma is very pleasant. Peat covered with sweeter sherry notes. Smoky, sweet, waxy, chalky, vegetal and medicinal notes. Ash tray.
Palate
Explosion of flavors. Peat smoke toned down by sherry influence. Medicinal notes. Tart, zesty, yet thick and rich.
Finish
Long, delicate and complex. Coastal salinity and the last embers of a bonfire.
