Description

This former version of the core range 18-year-old was launched in 2009 as the replacement for the much-loved 15-year-old. It was discontinued in late 2016 due to supply constraints. A world-renowned Islay distillery, famous for its distinctive character of its heavily peated spirit, it was matured exclusively in American bourbon casks. The distillery was built in 1815 by Alexander and Donald Johnston and is today owned by Suntory Holdings through its Beam Suntory.
