Classic Laphroaig peat smoke, iodine, seaweed, and coastal air, balanced by vanilla, citrus, soft oak, wood smoke, figs, dates, chocolate, and liquorice.
Palate
Rich and full-bodied with smoky peat, medicinal notes, lemon zest, sweet malt, subtle spice, grain, almonds, apricot, vanilla, honey, herbs, tobacco, and iodine. Salty notes are also present.
Finish
Long and warming, with lingering smoke, brine, gentle sweetness, drying oak, peat smoke, grapefruits, and citrus notes.
