Nose
Muscular peat reek, TCP, iodine, tar, bandages, seashore spray, and charred pineapple. Walnuts, mustardy hints, mint leaves, wooly notes, and seawater. Increasingly fruity with mango, nectarine, pink grapefruit, and kaffir lime.
Palate
Velvety smoke with medicinal depth, green fruits, and coastal minerality. Sumptuous, oily, and vibrant with iodine, peppermint, green pepper, and seawater. Salty, earthy, with a hint of sherry and citrus tones.
Finish
Endless – citrus zest, bonfire ash, medicinal oils, and a final crackle of sea salt. Long, on sweet peat, with a sour fruity touch and salty elements, and a peppery bite.
