A 10 year old bottling of 'Leapfrog' from independent bottlers Murray McDavid. This Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled in 1988 and aged in an ex-bourbon cask. It was bottled in May 1999 at 46% ABV. The 'Leapfrog' name was used because Murray McDavid was prohibited from using the Laphroaig name by the distillery's then-owner [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9].
