Nose
Seaside campfire, smoked gouda, strong peat with Stilton cheese-like aroma, embers of a dying campfire, tempered with sliced red grapes and night-blooming jasmine. After breathing, smokiness eases to charred oak and iodine.
Palate
Roasted wood chips, deep smoky flavor with a lot of salt.
Finish
Very long finish of smoke.
