- Long, dry finish with strong peat smoke and thick sherried oak. Medium to long, with rich sherry sweetness, smoke, ginger spice, subtle saltiness, oaky sensation, bitterness, ashiness, and drying mouthfeel. Hints of tar, oak, and fruity sweet notes.
