Peat smoke, seaweed scent, and a medicinal essence with hints of sweetness, spices, liquorice, salt, iodine, campfire, creme brûlée, and honey.
Palate
Surprising sweetness with hints of salt and layers of peatiness. Seaweed-led, with vanilla ice cream, medicinal notes (TCP, plasters), oak, and an upsurge of spices like cardamom, black pepper, and chili. Also notes of charcoal, grilled pork belly, sea water, light cereal, honey, orange peel, and fresh soil.
Finish
Long and lingering with a sweet seaweed afterglow. Big and drying, with savory, tarry notes and iodine complexity. Accentuates charcoal and grilled pork, with a slight hint of bitter chocolate and phenolic undertones.
