harbour_pebble26 AugThe hogshead and cask number give this a useful point of focus, though I wouldn’t pin the flavours on the cask alone. Deep peat smoke and dry sherry spice sound firmly assertive, while dark chocolate gives the palate a welcome counterpoint.
