Description

Laphroaig Triple Wood is an Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky that undergoes a unique triple maturation process. It is initially aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, then transferred to smaller 19th-century style Quarter Casks for a second maturation, and finally finished in specially selected large European oak Oloroso sherry casks. This process results in a complex and full-bodied flavor profile, layering Laphroaig's signature peat smoke with notes of dried fruit, spice, nuts, and sherry sweetness. It is bottled at 48% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
