Description
Laphroaig was founded in 1815 by two brothers from the Johnston family on the south coast of Islay. The name loosely translates to 'broad hollow by the bay'. This 10 Year Old bottling from the 1970s is considered a classic Islay malt, renowned for its distinctive, peated character. It is often described as medicinal and maritime, with a bold smoky flavor profile.
