Nose
A harmonious blend of big phenolic smoke and big raisiny sherry. Some pipe tobacco, salt, graphite, and cream. With water, more cream and a bit of lime.
Palate
Lovely and surprisingly drinkable at full strength. More acid and sweetness (charred fatty pork) with water.
Finish
Long. The smoke expands, becoming more phenolic as it continues to billow. Some char and cracked black pepper at the end.
