Palate
Harmony of bonfire smoke, coastal brine and sweet sherry notes. Herbal, chilli, toasted almonds and waxy dark chocolate. Lemon zest, sweet peat, tart raspberry and blueberry, honey. Campfire smoke and black pepper. Salt, indistinct sweeter notes.
Finish
Long, briny, more ash and bonfire smoke. Tarrier with time, sweeter accents. Tart berries, campfire smoke, sweet peat, pepper, lemon zest. Bitter chocolate.
