Smoke, seaweed, lemon, mineral, tar, dried oregano. Sun dried seaweed, weathered barnacles, working dockyards and tarry rope sweetens to rice pudding a white chocolate mice.
Palate
Lemon hard candies, nori, ash, pickled ginger, brine, oregano. Charred sticks, smoking kippers, gun powder and salt-encrusted cod.
Finish
Nori, black pepper, smoke, brine. Long with lingering smoke.
