Nose
Quite a briney nose even for a Ledaig. Along with this is some very pungent medicinal funk, chemical smoke and mineral peat. Smoked meat. Raspberry sherbet. White grape juice. Icing sugar. With time a bit of a yeasty note, almost like fresh bread shows up along with a distinct floral note.
Palate
Lemon zest. Earthy peat. Mulch. Salt. Lavender. Grape flavoring. Ashy mud (like a leftover wet campfire). Olive oil. Pepper.
Finish
Long. Peppery. Camphor. Salty toffee. Wet oak. Paprika. Pepper. Woodspice. Lemon oil.
