The third addition to Lindores Abbey's 'The Casks of Lindores' series, this limited bottling spent its entire maturation in Oloroso sherry butts sourced from the area surrounding Jerez in Spain. Bottled at 49.4%, it is presented without chill filtration or added colour, showcasing a rich, sherry character from this Lowland single malt.

Sticky dried vine fruits, figs, dates, dark caramel, molasse, vanilla, milk chocolate, and a touch of liquorice.
Palate
Sherry soaked aged fruit cake, baking spices, creamy vanilla, dark chocolate, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, and a pleasant nuttiness like walnuts and chestnuts. Smooth, silky-soft texture.
Finish
The spices build, with dried prunes lingering, medium to long.
