Nose
Aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla pod, and molasses, lifted by a gentle smoky haze and hints of sea spray. Soft peat smoke rises gently, carrying a touch of sea breeze and subtle maritime character.
Palate
Sweet and smoky with layers of ripe mango, pineapple, and toffee, intertwined with peat smoke, charred oak, and a touch of spiced treacle. Sweet notes of toffee apple and muscovado sugar greet you, giving way to floral tones and a warming cinnamon spice. The peat element is earthy and smoky, yet never overpowering, with a savoury, coastal undertone. Charred pineapple, sage, seashells, honeycomb and salted caramel, all tied together with a puff of smoke.
Finish
Long, warming, and complex, leaving notes of smouldering embers, caramelised sugar, and lingering rum sweetness. Gentle smoke persists alongside light toffee into a mid to long finish.
