Nose
Fruity (strawberries, orange, nectarine, plum, passionfruit), strong oak influence (antique furniture, polished wood, fresh lumber), brown sugar, soft nutty notes, floral perfume.
Palate
Medium-thick, oily texture, warming and spirity. Strong oak (tannins, hint of wood smoke, cinnamon), balanced by tangy nectarine, orange, syrupy sugars, maple syrup, stroopwafel, soft rose petals. Malty character with banana pudding.
Finish
Cinnamon, leathery oak, polished oak, baking spices (cardamom, brown sugar, pepper), blood orange, floral perfume, caramel, freshly laundered linen. Long and heavily bourbon influenced, with a rich banana's foster dessert.
