Description

One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies was established in 2016 by Iain Croucher. At North Star Spirits, they are dedicated to unearthing the hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm, meticulously curating casks and spirits that ignite intriguing discussions. North Star bottle between 6-9 casks every quarter. This is a 16-year-old Linkwood single malt from independent bottler North Star Spirits, distilled in 2006 and bottled in September 2022. It was matured in a single Oloroso sherry hogshead cask, yielding 223 bottles as part of their Cask Series 020. This Speyside whisky is natural colour and un-chill filtered.
