Fruity and fresh, with dry Sherry, ripe strawberry, raspberry, light lemon-citrus, tangy orange marmalade, warm cinnamon, toffee, green grass, fresh juicy apples, pear popsicles, dried apricots, honey, subtle floral aromas, chocolate-covered raisins, and almonds.
Palate
Initially intensely sweet, mellowing with cinnamon and clove, creamy white chocolate, juicy tangerine, candied fruit, candied orange peel, Haribo peaches, slight liquorice, white pepper, nutmeg, tannins, dark chocolate, oak, caramel, cherries, arak, dark toffee, vanilla spice, buttery oak, baking spices, milky tea, blueberry muffins, honeyed oak, and red wine.
Finish
Medium and rounded, with fresh herbal tones, a slightly drying cocoa powder, dark chocolate, oak, caramel, cherries, ground spices, and a whisper of cedar.
