Nose
The nose is light and peppy. There are notes of tangy citrus with marmalade. A hint of grenadine with crème de cacao and fudge. Acacia honey emerges with hints of beeswax and cut herbs.
Palate
The palate is quite light and very well-balanced. There are notes of vanilla fudge, there are cereal notes and barley sugars, notes of muscavado and winter spice.
Finish
The finish is peppery and punchy with fragrant woods.
