Toffee, citrus, floral, burnt sugar, strawberries, vanilla. The spice comes through with water, nice sherry sweetness, waxy.
Palate
Super spicy with some heat! Cinnamon, nutmeg, white pepper, cloves, sherry, sweet cherries, raisins, creamy, honey, slightly astringent oak. With water, more balance between fruit and spice, cherry cough drop, maple syrup.
Finish
Stewed fruits, more toffee, wood, Sugar in the Raw, plenty of spice still.
