- Extremely rich and very balanced in flavour, sweet start, full texture, fruit syrups, pineapple, baked apples, lemon sweets, spicy (white pepper, nutmeg), icing sugar, ginger, green, grassy notes, white wine, floral, tannic oak, creampuffs, caramel pudding/flan, chili spice, marzipan.
