Nose
A little closed and grassy at first, growing fruitier with honeydew melon, kiwi, green banana, lemon balm, and pink grapefruit. Hints of frangipane, almond paste, succade, freshly sawn wood, and some estery notes like bubblegum.
Palate
Punchy and beautifully fruity, evolving into bitter grapefruit, lemon zest, gooseberries, vanilla, pungent ginger, nutmeg, and a faint waxiness. Hints of cinnamon and woody notes.
Finish
Rather long with spices from the oak and bittersweet citrus.
