Nose
Fresh and expressive with citrus zest, green apple, and honeyed malt, complemented by vanilla, soft floral tones, and hints of light oak and subtle spice. Also notes of old school tropical fruits, dunnage warehouse, and a creamy character, with some grassy, menthol, and paraffin nuances.
Palate
Elegant and balanced, offering orchard fruits, creamy vanilla, malt sweetness, and gentle spice, supported by refined oak and a fuller cask strength texture. Bright citrus fruits, waxy mouthfeel, kiwi, lime, guava, sweet grapefruit, and almondy notes are also present.
Finish
Long and clean, with lingering fruit, soft sweetness, delicate spice, and a light oak dryness. Syrupy fruit notes, slight oiliness, faint damp earth, and hints of candle wax, tea, and oak.
